The Editor's Choice Award
Our Web Host Magazine & Buyer's Guide Editors' Choice Award's are given to those Web Host industry companies that provide services and products that we deem to be above and beyond that of their peers. The Editors' Choice Awards are chosen by the editors of Web Host Magazine & Buyer's Guide in part from our review rating criteria, along with input from our independent review panel, reader's reviews, and other factors.
Because of that, we know the Web Host Magazine & Buyer's Guide Editors' Choice Award below is well deserved.

The Web Browser with Everything You Need |
If you are up to date on the major browsers then you must have heard of Maxthon. What’s that? You haven't heard about the Maxthon browser? This is not surprising; the crew handling Maxthon spends more time tweaking their browser than they do advertising. However, in spite of this or perhaps because of this, Maxthon has garnered a huge cult following. Maxthon is like Internet Explorer with a caffeine I-V and a shot of adrenaline. Tabbed browsing, ad killer, skin support, optional plugins, uses an average of 2/3rds less resources than Internet Explorer, and a lot more, Maxthon has got it all. Since it uses Internet Explorer as its core, Maxthon is 100% compatible with IE. It didn't take long for our entire staff to start using Maxthon for just about everything.
For their mind-blowing Web browser, Maxthon International Limited's Maxthon 1.5.2 receives an Editors' Choice Award for March 2006.

Important Note: Due to abuse by some Web Hosts erroneously displaying our Editors' Choice Award logos on their web sites, all Web Host Magazine & Buyer's Guide Editors' Choice Awards prior to April 2002 are not valid. The selection, testing and evaluation process we currently use is so drastically different than any we have used in the past that all other Editors' Choice awards are no longer recognized by our company or our affiliates. If you see an Editors' Choice award on a site, check it against the Editors' Choice winners we currently list online from April 2002 to present. If that award is not listed then it is no longer valid.
